Urealtor Team is a Mother-Daughter Team. The Lagtapon name has been part of the GTA Real Estate Industry for over 30 years. Our clients will experience a Full Service, well informed, caring and focused team. Working with a lot of clients who are 1st time Buyers, 1st time Sellers, New to the Country, Retirees, Estate Sales and Family Break ups, we have become their "Google" in not only in Real Estate but Life in General.

Teresita (Tessie) Lagtapon - Sales Representative
I am the "Mother" of the team. I have been working in Peel as a Real Estate Representative since 1986. I have seen it ALL -- The Good (1980s and 2000s), The Bad (1990s and 2008), and The Crazy (2016 and 2017). I have held my clients' hands, been their shoulder to cry on, babysat their children and be the sounding board of their lives' challenges.
The secret of my multiple awards winning career is my warm yet highly professional approach. I give my clients the attention and service that is demanded on one of the most important and largest investments that they will make in their lifetime.
As an immigrant to Canada from the Philippines and finding a "New Home Town" in Brampton, I know the draw and the importance that Peel area has in GTA. I am a visible member of my church, my community, my profession and the local media.

Jennifer (Jen) Lagtapon - Sales Representative
I am the "Daughter" of the team. You know the saying "like Mother-like Daughter" -- well it took me over 10 years in corporate marketing for companies like DeWalt, Black & Decker, 3M, Newell Rubbermaid and ACCO Brands to come around and joined Mum in 2011. I found my calling and OMG I've turned into my Mum!
Working and learning from my Mum, my real estate career is focusing on the "full service" approach to buying, selling & investing in Peel and Toronto. I LOVE educating people about the "TRUE" process of buying and selling houses...it's NOT like on HGTV and Million Dollar Listing. My videos, delivered with wit and humour, are filled with tips and information about your home, mortgage, roof, furnace, etc.
Pipsqueak (Pip) Lagtapon
I am the true reason why my Mom (Jen) and Grandma (Tessie) work....I like my Spa Days. I joined the team in 2016 as the Wellness Adviser. I recognize that Selling/Buying Real Estate is a very stressful process for everyone. My job is to help people de-stress. I also give great tips about maintenance of the house ...check out 'Pip's Corner".
